Data Deletion
How we use your messages and comments, and how to delete them
Shoplex (shoplexstore.com) answers the messages and comments people send to our Facebook Page, our Instagram account and our TikTok ads. To do that, our customer-service system stores the text of those messages and comments, the name or username shown with them, the date, and which of our posts or ads they were written on. If you place an order with us, we also keep the phone number and address you give us to deliver it.
We use this information only to reply to you, to process and deliver your order, and to improve our customer service. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except our delivery company, for your order.
When you delete a comment or a message on Facebook or Instagram, we remove its text from our system.
To ask us to delete all the data we hold about you:
- Send a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account (@shoplex.lb) with the words "Delete my data", or email shoplexstore1@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your name or the phone number you used.
- We delete your messages, comments and contact details from our systems within 30 days and confirm to you when it is done. We may keep a record of a completed order where the law requires it.
